Reporting into the Head of Affiliates, we're looking for an Affiliate Manager – Japanese Speaking to join our Affiliates Team and establish in executing our acquisition and affiliation strategies. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a solid experience in/with affiliate marketing growth in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute affiliates outreach and support prospecting affiliates' activities, by:
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up conversations,
  • Pitching our value propositions, at a high-level, successfully to prospective partners,
  • Building effective support flow of affiliates' sign-ups and activities.
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics, identify gaps in our acquisition strategy and provide proposals to enhance the business growth.
• Drive the overall affiliation business execution as a part of acquisition strategy for Japan and across the globe by:
  • Managing relationships with affiliates targeting multiple locales.
  • Delivering acquisition campaigns utilizing our affiliate network.
  • Monitoring affiliate marketing campaigns and measuring them against strict compliance protocols and guidelines.
  • Creating processes and best practices in documents to ensure a uniform affiliates' structure exists globally, allowing for fluid management and scaling.
  • Securing high-quality content placements on top publications.
  • Awareness of media owner's advertising policies that cover complex speculative financial products and ensuring advertising accounts are authorized.
  • Take part in adhoc affiliation projects, representing The Acquisition team where required.

Candidate Requirements and Desirables:

• Candidates must possess a native level of Japanese communication ability as well as fluency in English.
• Experience in an affiliate marketing management or iGaming marketing role with a proven track record is a must
• You're agile, dynamic, and understand the importance of providing unique and engaging content, whatever the 'problem' or brief provided.
• Support Head of Acquisition in the establishment of robust work processes to maximize on efficiency as well as be able to monitor performance of said processes to support seamless content production.
• You have a passion for growth marketing, excellent and proactive communication skills, an appreciation for organizing, ability to adapt quickly in an evolving small business, born to lead attitude.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrated skills in working on solo or remote projects and executing key projects with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• A good understanding of SEO contents and SEO tools is a plus
• Enjoy working to tight deadlines and managing different projects at the same time
