Summary

Reporting into the Content Team, we are looking for a Content Coordinator – Japanese Speaking, to help execute the content strategy for Gamesys Group's brands. You are a proactive, hard-working and a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Content Coordinator – Japanese Speaking, is responsible for primarily assisting the Content Team Lead with the overall functioning of the Japanese Content Operations team and taking a primary stakeholder role in the output of content related projects and coordination within our Japanese market and brands. It'll involve working very closely with the wider Content Team and Retention Division, but also providing Japanese content support to product releases and updates as well as new site functionality and user journeys.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Content Team Lead and the Site Management Specialist with the site and promotional content strategy for our player facing brands and collaborate on the execution across all channels to ensure cohesiveness and application within a timely manner.
• Together with the Site Management Specialist, take responsibility for reviewing all sites' representation, including the display of all text, graphical, and video content and that it meets the highest quality possible.
• Assist the SEO Content Writers and Technical SEO Teams with uploading and management of SEO Content for our player facing and sister sites, ensuring it is fully optimized and fit for purpose.
• Work towards continuous improvements in line with the content strategy by maintaining the content improvement lists.
• Assist the creation and maintenance of effective writing and style guidelines for different mediums (email, onsite, social media, SEO, affiliations, surveys, etc.) and ensure that the tone of voice relevant for each brand is reflected within.
• Take responsibility for completing ad hoc translation as well as Japanese content coordination requests that may come in from any and all areas of the business including, but not limited to: UX, Product, Development, Retention and Acquisition.

Skills:

• Native level of Japanese and fluent in English (written and verbal).
• 2-3 years of web content marketing experience with a good understanding of the various dimensions within each domain (SEO, Affiliation, On-site, CRM and Digital) and hands-on experience with content management tools (such as Wordpress, for example).
• Strong ability to produce and manage content processes efficiently through process enhancement, coordination, and management of the SEO Content Team.
• Has a creative flare, especially for writing and is passionate about the strength of content, localisation and application.
• Great organization skills, cross team communications skills.
• Experience in the management of stakeholders would be considered an asset.
• Basic knowledge of HTML would also be considered an asset.
