As an Airline Reservations Advisor, you will develop your valuable technical skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how about one of the most distinguished airline companies in the world.

 As an Airline Reservations Advisor, you will:

• Manage reservations in a back-office capacity (ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations)
• Assist customers in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding their reservations and managing potential requests about travel dates, promotional campaigns, among others
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses according to the company’s policy
• Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs

We are looking for

• Are native or proficient in French or Italian and fluent in English (minimum level B2)
• Can demonstrate previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions
• Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
