We are looking for an Account Payable Specialist with German for the Accounts Payable team for Israel & UK/IE. You will be responsible for timely resolution of vendor/internal discrepancies related to outstanding vendor invoice issues. You will be coordinating and liaising effectively with a wide range of clients including suppliers as well as internal customers from various departments.

As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Investigate and resolve all incoming queries from suppliers, buyers and requisitioners. 
• Learn complex standard processes and apply those to detailed level problem solving to correctly resolve the query to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Reconcile vendor accounts.
• Work with various team members and lead new country and process implementations being the experts of your country specifics.
• Process vendor invoices in SAP.
• Backup for other countries depending on language.

You will have:

• Fluent in German and English (additional European languages would be beneficial)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and positive attitude
• Highly organized and task prioritization. Working under time pressure
• IT Knowledge: MS Office. SAP would be beneficial.
• 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in Accounts payable/finance function
• Preferably education in Business Administration or Economics
