We are looking for Hotel Reservations Advisors to provide a stellar customer experience. You will be working on behalf of one of the fastest-growing and most exciting start-ups in the US. What you will be doing at Webhelp 

• Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat
• Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia
• Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests 
• Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
• Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client 

What we are looking for 

Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. 

We’ll be a great match if you: 

• Are a native Italian or French speaker and proficient in English (minimum C1) 
• Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit 
• Can demonstrate previous experience in Customer Service – a track record as a Tourism Representative is a plus
• Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions 
• Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment 
• Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
