Customer Experience Advisor

We are looking for Customer Experience Advisors to contribute to an exciting project. Our Client is a global brand that brings to viewers the world’s most beloved characters and timeless stories through best-in-class direct-to consumer video streaming services. 

Your mission at Webhelp   

At Webhelp, your contribution will make a difference in the business of our clients and the life of their customers. Your project belongs to a multinational US company – a global leader in the mass media and entertainment industry.  

You will be the first point of contact for viewers and a dedicated brand ambassador. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing customers’ needs, aiming to provide excellent service.    

As a Customer Experience Advisor with Spanish, you will:  

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries 
  • Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality
  • Provide Technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings 
  • Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries 
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client

Your natural talent for helping people and ability to think on your feet will get you far in your journey with us. You are customer-orientated and can adapt seamlessly to different types of people. Likewise, it is important that you can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.   

We’ll be a great match if you:  

  • Are native or proficient in Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Are passionate about entertainment and media industry
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit  
  • Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices 
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
  • Pride yourself on your previous experience in Customer Service (highly valued)
