Role Overview

• Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
• Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures
• Follow up on material/services delivery on time
• Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
• Prioritize urgent requests
• Maintain close relationship with our customers
• Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives

Education/Experience

• University Degree
• Experience in similar activities in dealing with customers /Analytical skills

Skills

• Fluent in Italian and Portuguese
• Good English fluency
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure when urgent issues arise
• Practical person with troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent team player
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
