Job Description

HiPay is a European Fintech specialized in Omnichannel payment solutions.

The company supports more than 4,000 merchants in France and Europe

Offices in France, Belgium, Portugal , Italy and USA with global growth plans

Role

Act as First point of contact for HiPay Portugal Customers.

Respond to queries in a timely and effective fashion, and escalate to different teams if necessary.

Operational management of accounts, from authentication of new customers, data update, contract management and addendums.

Customer support in the use of the HiPay platform.

Experience Required

Fluent in French and English

High resilience & emotional intelligence.

Previous Customer Service or Client Support.
