Job Summary

The Technical Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest quality of technical customer support through the support Service Line. Duties include answering incoming calls and i.e. emails to the Service Line and resolving all types of primarily technical customer issues, providing assistance to installers or to end customers and providing support to other departments.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all communication with the customer meets established quality standards
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Support to electrical installers and customers of a solar panel company
  • Pursuing responsibilities, understanding and complying with safety measures and company policies, and working with a continuous focus on personal progress and on improving customer experience

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Native or proficient level of German (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit

Education - High school diploma or equivalent
