We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Dutch & English speaking Territory Sales Manager to help us bring our services to new education institutions across BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). You will work across the education spectrum with Higher, Further and Secondary Education institutions growing our share of the market with a range of Turnitin solutions.
In this role you will be responsible for driving new business across your territory, executing our sales strategies, developing sales tactics and delivering territory action plans tailored to the achievement of the sales objectives for your territory.
You are a convincing and captivating communicator. You interact with your accounts through face to face meetings, email and online presentations. You are comfortable working independently, you own your territory but you are as well a strong team player and you work towards shared objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic and tactical sales plans for your territory
- Execute on these plans to predictable and planned results.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition throughout the sales cycle through demo’s, proposals and presentations.
- Market research; identifying targets, collating data and qualifying leads.
- Work closely with marketing to plan sales campaigns, events and lead generation activities.
- Management of sales data in the CRM system (SalesForce).
- Keep up to date with developments in the education market and contribute towards the wider team strategy.
- Attend exhibitions/conferences as required.
- Manage your pipeline and ensure an accurate and complete forecast.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful SaaS sales or Education market experience is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Dutch & English
- You must be an entrepreneurial and experienced sales person who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands how to build out a territory.
- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player and an active ‘doer
- Convincing and captivating communicator.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality eager to reach out and build networks
- Be able to travel for client meetings, events and roadshows when necessary across Europe.
- Highly self-motivated team player with the proven ability to work independently.
- Practitioner of Solution Selling preferred.
- Experience of Salesforce preferred.
