We are looking for Technical Support Advisors to work for A well known American corporation which provides hardware (smartphone and tablets)/ software product services.

As the Technical Support Advisor, you will be:

• -Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
• -Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
• -Handling effectively all incoming incidents
• -Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

Conditions:

• -Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract
• - Fixed: 18.540 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)
• - Performance Bonus: 3.000 Euros gross/year
• -Shift: Mon-Sun rotative (9:00-21:00)
• -Location: Barcelona Center
