Your main mission will be to ensure a quality remote customer relationship that meets expectations.

• - Management of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations)
• - Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or email
• - Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)
• - After-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
• - Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

In short, you are a customer advisor, Ambassador of customer satisfaction!

By what means?

Calls (mainly incoming; outgoing calls at the margin, and depending on the activity, only to recontact a customer, no prospecting), But not that, emails, chat, social networks could also potentially be your newcomers' work tools!

We offer:

• - Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
• - Schedule (rotative): Monday - Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00

Requirements:

• - Yourself! With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service!
• - Bilingual Flemish or Dutch (+French would be ideal) and English.
• - We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic!
• - A good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis!
• - You demonstrate good oral and written expression.
• - You demonstrate an ability to adapt.
• - You must be IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.
• - Previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
