We are looking for leadership talent who want to help shape this exciting time for our customers in the Enterprise/ISV/DNB (Digital Native Business) environment in a brand new function built from scratch. AWS is building out a remote sales function to drive growth across a small set of AWS’ largest, most complex and sophisticated existing Enterprise customers, ISVs and DNBs as well as the highest priority acquisition targets. In this role, the team you build will be aligned to a target set of prospects/customers and will work closely with the Area and segment leadership teams to build a plan to execute on the Area, segment and account priorities.

As a manager for the Central Sales team you will build a high impact and diverse team of Central Sales Representatives (CSR) who are responsible for teaming with field, specialist and technical functions to deploy specific account management/acquisition tactics. You will manage career growth and development of CSRs, coach the team on performance, sales plan and strategy. Your team will help to grow the consumption of current and new AWS services across priority prospects/customers. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technology related quota carrying sales or business development experience in the Enterprise segment
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • English proficiency
  • French Speaker is desired

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Domain experience with Enterprise/ISVs/DNBs customers
  • Experience building new teams/products/functions
