Role Description
We are looking for an organized and talented Project Assistant.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Special Programs and work alongside the Project Management team to maintain engagement, recruit new profiles and respondents and collect data for program projects. This job requires strong time management skills as well as the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.
- Work with the project management team to demonstrate ownership of each assigned project and deliver projects according to set requirements: consistent quotas, minimum retention between waves, etc.
- Coordinate data collection for assigned projects – communicating with the targeted respondents and internal teams on routine fieldwork questions.
- Analyze the daily fielding information and proactively provide feedback and solutions to prevent any potential issues to complete the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Keep fieldwork progress and deliveries organized with written and phone reminders.
- Engage physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Fluent in English and French or German
- Proficient usage of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to acquire knowledge on new technologies.
- High level of personal initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with solid attention to details.
- Multitasking, ability to work well under the deadline pressure.
- Proficient in English and other needed languages.
- Outgoing – confidence to speak with and cold call healthcare professionals.
