• You are responsible for handling customer queries via phone, e-mail and chat.
• Supporting individual and business clients in incoming communication.

Requirements:

• very good knowledge of Dutch
• good knowledge of English
• general IT knowledge
• proactive and positive approach
• ability to multitask
