What will you do?

Your duties

• Dealing with incoming emails/calls from Customers & Suppliers
• Preparing and sending payment reminders to Customers
• Verifying and timely processing of financial data through different tools and systems
• Recording all queries and incidents related to the service in the Query Management System
• Preparing and providing goods-receipt/invoice-receipt reports
• Effectively communicating with clients and colleagues in respective countries
