Multilingual Partner Experience Graduate 

Responsibilities:

• Support Market Development Fund E2E Process from Planning to Payment, advise and make sure all process steps are completed from Planning to claiming
• Drive Operation execution, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements tracking
• Coordinate with process & capability team for implementation and feasibility
• Provide consulting and tool support
• Support with Partner & Sales Trainings
• Facilitate Partner and Country Business Reviews (payment tat, rejection rates, $ paid, backlog review, etc) and interlock sessions with key stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced communication skills with ability to convey high impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to peers and management within and outside of HP. Mastery in English and German
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to structure and apply advanced organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.

Critical requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher – Business and Marketing preferred.
• Work experience is not required (typically up to 3 months), but relevant internships in industry are an advantage.
• Good Excel/Data handling capabilities and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyse-improve-control)
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Very strong teamwork orientation.
• An ability to think on your own, move fast and bring your A-game to work every day.
• Fluency in English and German, Italian or French
