Job Description

You will take care of:

·       Answering customer requests or inquiries in Finnish

·       Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs

·       Delivering first-class customer experience

·       Creating a positive impression of the support team.

Our requirements:

·       excellent Finnish written and spoken language skills are a must,

·       good knowledge of English- min. B2 level

·       availability to work full-time,

·       empathy, active listening and time management skills,

·       elementary knowledge of MS Office will be an additional advantage.
