PO Intern will be supporting Purchasing Agents in tasks like:   

• processing Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders
• updating vendors’ contact details in cooperation with Master Data Team
• checking Order Acknowledgements
• investigating price discrepancy issues  

Requirements

• student of Philology, International Business, or similar discipline
• first working experience will be considered as a plus
• advanced in English
• another EU language will be an advantage (French, Italian)
• good knowledge of MS Excel
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• available for at least 30 hours per week
• skilled in: communication, accuracy, pro-activeness, attention to details, building relationships and teamwork
