Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
Responsibilities
- Central contact for all customer requirementsÂ
- Comprehensive support for external and internal customers as well as product advice (customers, technical support, planning & logistics, sales)
- Support for all relevant issues relating to order processing from inquiry to deliveryÂ
- Complaint processing
- Active participation in the design of new processes and Systems to improve customer satisfaction, ECE
- Voice of the customer
- Quoting to customer
- Driving growth in alignment with Sales through inside sales activities
What your background should look like:
- Completed commercial trainingÂ
- Several years of professional experience in customer service / customer careÂ
- Very good SAP knowledge, preferably Sales & Distribution
- Customer-oriented, independent workÂ
- Success-oriented, open-minded, organized, resilient even in stressful situationsÂ
- Team player and confident single performerÂ
- Willingness in an international team workÂ
- Technical interest and understandingÂ
- Perfect knowledge of English plus good good knowledge of one of: Czech / German / Slovak
- Other languages are an advantageÂ
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements
