Multilingual HR Delivery Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

• General administration of HR Operations in processes such as Personal Data Management, Time & Attendance, Reference Letters, Certificates, Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.
• Timely and high-quality handling of incoming HR requests delivered through remote channels (i.e. ticketing system, e-mail, phone/Skype)
• Preparation and ownership of process documentation
• Support in process optimization and automation
• General data maintenance in HR systems
• Administration of HR Knowledge Base (i.e. maintenance, updates and monitoring of content related to frequently asked questions, HR policies and procedures)
• Participation in transition and implementation projects (online)
• Delivery of process/onboarding trainings for new joiners
• Point of contact and process coach ("Buddy") for new colleagues and other stakeholders
• Other ad hoc HR administration tasks

Your Qualifications

• Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment
• Knowledge of recruiting process (nice to have)
• Experience in transitioning and setting up new processes, especially in Shared Service Center environment (not mandatory but considered as a strong asset)
• Experience in project work related i.e. to system implementation and transitions (not mandatory but considered as a strong asset)
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) and willingness to become familiar with new tools
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors usage would be an asset
• Very good German or Slovak language skills and at least good command of English
• Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation
