Position Description

• Provide administrative HR support for our German speaking countries
• Tasks include e. Employee contracts, letters, or forms, time and attendance matters, reference letters, required employee medical check ups or onboarding related tasks
• Handle personnel data administration in SAP HCM
• Closely collaborate with our HR Partner Team at our German corporate headquarters
• Participate in local or global HR projects
• Actively contribute to process improvements (i.e. automation of processes)
• Be part of an international team in a truly global work environment

Position Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in German language (verbally and in writing)
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in HR is an advantage but not required
• Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
• Quick learner, high self-motivation and team player
• Good self-management skills
