What will you be doing?

• Coordinating all aspects of the order management process, of which, in particular responsible for order accuracy.
• Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers.
• Represent Clariant to customers in a professional manner at all times.
• Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents.
• Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System.
• Support improvement and automation projects.

What are we looking for?

It would be great if you possessed the below knowledge and experience:

• Very good command of English (B1) and German (B2) are essential.
• Another European language - French or Italian would be an additional asset.
• Very good verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills as well as ability to work under pressure.
• Time/task management, attention to details, willingness to learn.
• Creativity, open mind, and a sense of humour.

Would Be An Advantage

• Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area
• Knowledge of SAP SD module
