Currently, we are searching for a person willing to join our AP LATAM team. We are a group of people who are highly motivated to achieve our goals and at the same time maintaining a unique atmosphere to work in. We are creating value for our customers by taking care of end-to-end AP process for LATAM Region.

What will you be doing?

• Understand and apply StP processes, policies, procedures and control standards
• Ensuring the high quality service in line with agreed KPIs by being responsible for part of the process
• Running, supporting and implementing improvement projects, promoting Lean culture within a team
• Maintaining good relation with key stakeholders
• Share best practice with a team concerning AP process
• Prepare reports and analysis for Cluster Manager and Senior Process Manager
• Support Cluster Manager in managing and delivering improvements to the operation

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
• 3+ years working in AP process (experience in LatinAmerica operations would be an additional asset)
• Good understanding of StP domain
• Experience in running improvement projects, knowing Lean Methodology would be an asset
• SAP FI knowledge
• Good command of Microsoft Office Package (Excel as main focus)
• Customer centric mindset, proactivity, orientation on solving problems
• Experience of working in international environment
• Ability to work on II shift (covering working hours of Latin America from Poland)
• Language Skills:

Internal corporate language: English B2 level required

Working with customers: Spanish C1 level required

Nice to have: Portuguese
