In Procurement team we are working closely with our Suppliers and stakeholders in 8 countries (Supporting with Spanish and Portuguese language) in the region to ensure smooth End-to-End process, where clear communication is the most important part of it! We are responsible for perfect information flow between Third-party Suppliers, Logistics, Warehouse and Stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Clarify demand specification with requester and provide further advice towards existing buying channels indirect spend area
• Carry out spot buys by requesting supplier’s quotations, negotiate and prepare award decisions
• Carry out transactional ordering either based on framework agreements or spot buy activities by creating, changing, and releasing SAP purchase orders
• Verify Purchase Orders towards supplier’s confirmations
• Carry out procurement Helpdesk function towards internal requesters on exceptional cases
• Monitor supplier timeliness and conduct dunning (Purchase Order follow-up) and handle complaints towards suppliers via SAP QM QNS
• Initiate Master data management process (add/change supplier)
• Clarification of purchase order/invoice mismatches
• Active participation in internal working groups
• Provide ideas for process improvements

What are we looking for?

• 2 years of proven experience in Procurement operations as minimum
• Good understanding of procurement function, processes & buying channels
• Practical experience in customer/supplier negotiation process
• SAP MM knowledge (critical); SAP QM knowledge (as advantage)
• Experience in supplier analysis and selection
• Proficient Knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel, PowerPoint) (Power BI as advantage)
• Soft skills: Team-player spirit, communicativeness technical knowledge.
• Language Skills:

Internal corporate language: English B1 level required

Working with customers: Portuguese B2 level required

Nice to have: Spanish
