YOUR TASKS

• Providing IMAC/D services
• Providing Break/Fix of various devices
• Providing Hands & Eyes support of devices and network
• Onsite Support 
• Delivering Project Services
• Device Deployment and Depot Management
• Business trips to Germany from time to time as a backfill engineer to support various projects

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• OSS L2 engineer
• Good customer facing skills and being well presented
• Independent and pro-active thinking
• Ability to build effective relationships both within the team and across the business and Professional Services
• Ability to work in line with specified standards and required levels of deportment, conduct and ethical workplace practices
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised, taking the initiative when necessary
• Ability to Organize and prioritize work appropriately
• Experience of using a Call Logging system
• Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related Office applications
• Knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS
• Experience with building, configuring, troubleshooting PCs and laptops
• Valid driving license
• B2 level in English and German
• 24 months of experience in IT field is required
• Engineer’s background check is required

Would be an asset:

• Support experience of MACs
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous during troubleshooting or H&E support
