YOUR TASKS

• Maintaining high service satisfaction within stakeholders
• Identifying, benchmarking and choosing suppliers
• Maintaining communication with German vendors
• Supporting new projects by establishing pricing lists
• Ensuring deliveries in timely manner

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English language (C1)
• Fluent German language (C1)
• At least 4 years of experience in the sourcing, order processing or vendor management
• Knwledge of direct and indirect procurement processes
• Knowledge of the MS Office (especially MS Excel/Power Point)
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Highly developed problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT Hardware procurement
• Ability to read IT hardware technical specifications
• Experience in vendor management
