  • Mission:
  • This OTC Specialist position is responsible for daily processing of customer and partner
  • sales orders closed in SFDC, in accordance with the organization’s customer service
  • standards. The Order Entry Specialist demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and is
  • able to critically and expeditiously review customer account information and sales order
  • details so that each order is processed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Responsibilities: 
    • Creates and edits sales orders in adherence to company guidelines and automated or manual processes
    • Checks, processes, and releases customer invoices; delivers information; and resolves issues
  • while supporting good relationships with internal and external customers
    • Review orders, invoices for completeness according to the latest product configuration and
  • forward incomplete orders for further processing. 
    • Communicate, interact, and collaborate with other functions (Sales, business areas, Credit,
  • cross functional teams) via written and verbal means as well as in person wherever applicable,
  • to expedite the resolution of requests and/or escalations. 
    • Customer relations. Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and
  • clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. 
    • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly performance objectives related to process service levels, accuracy rate, first time issue resolution, transaction volume, and attendance.
  • Qualifications: 
    • Education: Minimum Associates Degree, Preferred College Degree 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Second language fluency preferred: French
    • Minimum 2 years of order processing and/or customer support experience
    • High volume data entry experience with excellent attention to detail. 
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a cross functional team environment. 
    • Sound judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations. Possess above average analytical skills, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. 
    • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office or Google software suite. Intermediate level, Microsoft Excel skills required. 
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • and providing exemplary internal and external customer service
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
  • instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities. Outstanding cross-functional skills
    • Salesforce and Netsuite experience preferred
