Working in the procurement and logistics team in Global Business Services (GBS) in Kraków, you will be deciding on and implementing plans for local sourcing to achieve business targets and assist regional and global sourcing initiatives. In this role you will assist in the implementation, maintenance and compliance of procurement & logistics activities, applying and implementing standards, tools and processes to ensure good quality, on-time delivery, optimal costs, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting PR to PO process, tracking goods receipt, confirming delivery and conditions with suppliers
• Managing the day-to-day cooperation with a portfolio of international approved suppliers fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customer, implementing Procurement Strategy by cooperation with Sourcing team
• Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing
• Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price
• Conducting all Procurement activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is kept updated as defined in Pro-Supply procedure

Your background

• Proficient in Italian (B2+) and business English (B2) required
• 1 year of experience in purchasing or finance preferred
• Hands- on experience working with SAP (purchasing module) would be a strong plus
• Proactive way of working / flexibility/ team work spirit
• Experience working in shared services environment would be a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
