Responsibilities
· Processing financial documents received from suppliers or employees of the customer following the standard operating procedure
· Checking and entering correctly suppliers details in the system
· Ad-hoc reports
· Maintaining relationship with the customer
· Solving customer requests within the time agreed
Qualifications
· Communicate fluently in Czech/Slovak language and English
· Similar work experience (advantage);
· Work experience with ERP system (advantage);
· University graduate are an advantage
· Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
· Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
· Good written and oral communication skills and detail-oriented;
· Experienced in MS office (mainly Excel)
