WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A superb customer focused person, with excellent communication and writing skills, and also strong content creation and basic design skills
• Previous professional experience in the same position (3-5 years’ experience in communication) is desirable, with exposure to international organization/companies
• Proficiency both in English and French
• A candidate who demonstrates a significant sense of collaboration and eye for business, and can easily adapt to change
• An experienced user of web-based and social media communication tools
• With experience in using Microsoft Office package

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Ensure WX (workplace experience) messages and communication are maintained across all channels in Switzerland and support other functions to effectively convey their messages to PMI employees in Switzerland. Write text and create designs and images to support WX communication messages and campaigns in Switzerland. Ensure PMI and WX key messages are being shared with the department.
• Support change communication and develop and maintain WX communication on all channels (intranet, MyPMI, DS, etc.) and ensure all needs are met for building signages for PMI premises
• Develop, adapt and manage the WX communication service to ensure internal customer needs are met and PMI messages are being effectively communicated
• Act as key partner for WX colleagues to ensure day to day activities and changes are being communicated optimally to PMI employees in Switzerland
• Develop close collaboration with communication teams in other functions to drive WX communication services
