WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

• Purchasing goods and services on spot basis for various production sites and business lines across Europe, Africa and Middle East

• Extensive interaction with external suppliers and internal clients to clarify specifications, delivery issues and other queries

• Input and maintenance of in SAP system

• Close cooperation with Inventory management group and Contract Leads

• Assign and process spot requisitions to a purchase order

• Interact with Clients and Suppliers to fix delivery issues (quality, quantity, time..)

• Run open commitment report weekly and close service orders that are no longer valid

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or High school, preferably Engineering or Economics

• Minimum of 2 year of work experience in relevant position and/or market segment, and with relevant education Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English and Portuguese 

• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
