Italian Supplier Management Analyst 

Your key responsibilities :

• Support the preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures findings.

• Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.

• Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the timely delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors.

• Ensure adherence to risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits).

• Champions in customer service attitude enabling a highly collaborative environment towards our Supplier

• Managing the relationship with our Supplier and initiate calls to validate data

• Creation of Vendor master data records

• Ensure there are no duplicate vendor accounts, incorrect data in the systems.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Excellent communications skills

• University degree advantage

• Strong Customer orientation, professional attitude, reliable

• Capable of working with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Good knowledge of PC and MS Office

• Experience with ticketing tools

• Open mind and willingness to work in corporate environment

• Good knowledge of Italian and English language
