The purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers and P&O community to create a positive customer experience through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress and engaging customers with a courteous and professional attitude. As part of the P&O services team this role executes complex administrative tasks and supports cross-functional processes as per the Novartis Service Catalogue. The purpose of this role is also to ensure the quality performance of a regional team and to participate in projects and own specific deliverables within P&O Services’ work streams.
The purpose of this role is to handle and coordinate all administrative P&O Services processes, principles and guidelines.

Your key responsibilities:
Â
• Provide administrative support to the implementation of processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and follow up inquiries on problems and requests from customers/users
• Attend to standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts
• Perform user administration tasks (e.g. access management)
• Prepare reports on the evaluation of services and processes.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree, further education in HR preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in HR and/ or Customer Service role in multinational environment
• English and German language required
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Proven negotiation and problem solving skills
• Independent, dynamic, structured and committed way of working
