The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) belongs to one of the main pillars of the Global Finance & Administration board area of SAP, the Global Finance Infrastructure. The Global Finance Shared Services environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.

Within GFSS, the CDS (Centralized Deal Support) department is responsible for providing Deal Support services around the globe, including quote approval, contract drafting and signature collection. The department mainly collaborates with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Operations and Revenue Recognition teams.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Contract compliance verification
• Contract signature collection
• Business Partnering with key stakeholders
• Financial period close activities

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Successfully completed University Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience
• Ability to work under pressure with an eye for details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and German is required
• Good team player who can work with a minimal supervision

WORK EXPERIENCE

Working experience within a Shared Services Centre is an advantage
