The SAP Product Learning Team provides skills for both internal and external clients to become experts in the SAP Concur Suite of products and we are now looking for you as a passionate Product Learning Specialist to join us in driving internal and external client development!

As a Training and Product Learning Specialist you will develop Digital Design learning content for our internal and external clients. You have deep expertise in educating people entertainingly and efficiently, following the latest education trends. You know how to share content that respects different levels of expertise and roles. You bring together theoretical basics and hands-on exercises to help our people apply their learnings to their tasks. You are curious to analyze the latest learning innovations and continuously enhance existing learning content. You are willing to learn eLearning design, content development, presentation styles and the latest trends for adult learning.

Your working style is results-driven, self-driven, and well organized. We are looking for a team member who embraces people's uniqueness, has an inclusive mindset. Role Requirements:

• Project and time management skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Experience as Instructor in IT/Software or consultant in implementation projects preferred
• Experience working with SAP Concur Expense and/or Invoice as an administrator is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English 
• Ability to quickly upskill in new software areas
• Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
• Capability to travel a minimum of two weeks each month (Once safe to travel)
• The ability to travel globally
