We’re looking for brand-focused candidates who are native or near-native speakers of Dutch (C1 or C2 level) and also C1 English to join our award-winning Customer Support team in Bucharest.

You’ll join some amazing colleagues to form a great dynamic team, who use their remarkable customer service skills, to provide customers with exceptional brand and product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude.
And no need to worry if you don’t have lots of experience, we have thе best training program ready for you.
Our typical shift pattern involves: Monday–Friday between 9 am to 6 pm.
Please note. This is a temporary contract starting 16th August 2022 until 28th February 2023, with the potential to be made permanent. The training period is 3-4 weeks in hybrid mode. After which this will be a remote, home-based role.
Due to the global situation, our job opportunities are currently temporarily remote, however, we expect to resume activity onsite at our office in Bucharest in the near future.
Key to delivering a world-class customer experience on behalf of our clients' means relating to their customers and being a great listener. When you join us, we'll train you to demonstrate empathy as you understand and proactively work to resolve any issues customers experience both before and after purchasing.
Your role can include, but isn’t limited to:
- Receive by e-mail/call/chat queries from customers and identify the best solution for each case.
- Respond to all customers’ queries in a professional manner.
- Using troubleshooting IT skills to help the client.
- Maintain contact with other departments in order to fix the clients’ requests.
- Develop and maintain the technical knowledge in order to continuously improve activity.
- Be proactive and suggest improvements.

- Native level/fluency in Dutch or at least B2 both verbal and written.
- English level B2 (the training will be provided in English).
- Proven technical skills with highest attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and excited to discover new approaches to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
- Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent.
- Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills.
