Inviting applications for the role of Insurance – Credit & Surety – Senior Process Associate – German – Remote EMEA
Works with Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities.
Responsibilities
- Check the requests received from the client, assign and complete them based on their requirements
- Administer insurance policies in the client systems and issue invoices on the basis of the client’s requests
- Reconcile the deals by identifying and correcting the mismatch between expected and received premium payments
- Create new partners in the client application system and trigger financial checks for them (AML- anti money laundry and ITC International trade control)
- Prepare the reports to identify the outdated partners, inform the client afterwards and update them based on the documents received from Underwriters;
- Clarify deviations, incorrect data with SR's internal departments;
- Adhere to team’s SLA’s as per the contract agreement with the client.
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant work experience in a multinational company
- Communicative level of German B2.
- High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
- Relevant domain experience is an advantage;
- Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);
Encouraged qualifications
- Personal culture and client management expertise.
- University graduate (Economic profile is an advantage)
- High motivation and ability to learn.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
