Inviting applications for the role of Insurance Partner Data Management – Process Associate – German - Remote EMEA/EU!

Works with Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities.

Responsibilities 

• Perform Counterparty Due Diligence verification for the business partners. 
• Check the shareholding ownership structure of the entities and identify the ultimate beneficial owner of the business
• Validate companies data against public registers
• Request additional clarification from CDD requestor when insufficient or unavailable information 
• Participate in regular calls with the client regarding open tasks, process or business updates. Keep up to date the SOP's and a good understanding of general market practices
• Adhere to team’s SLA’s as per the contract agreement with the client 

Minimum qualifications 

• Relevant work experience in a multinational company 
• Communicative level of German B2. 
• High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage); 
• Relevant domain experience is an advantage;
• Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);

Encouraged qualifications 

• Personal culture and client management expertise. 
• University graduate (Economic profile is an advantage)
• High motivation and ability to learn. 
• Ability to work under time pressure.
