We are seeking an Ad Operations Associate to manage the advertising quality assurance process for Sponsored Ads. Sponsored Ads is a self-service, pay-per-click advertising platform that enables vendors and sellers to gain visibility and more customer traffic to their products. The Associate will be responsible for: 1/ Ad creative moderation, 2/ Stores page moderation, 3/ Language relevancy review Â

Responsibilities:Â
Â
- Reviewing a queue of ad campaigns and landing pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on ad policy 24/7.Â
- Reviewing a queue of Stores pages submitted from advertisers (brands) to be checked and approved or rejected based on Stores policy 24/7.Â
- Checking on the language relevancy and updating for machine learning.Â
- Responding to the inquiries related to the above operations from internal stakeholders.Â

- Review ads for content quality based on Content Guidelines.Â
- Thoroughly check ad content with quality and accuracy.Â
- Approve or disapprove of new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.Â

- Maintaining Updates & Documentation and Monitoring workflowÂ

- Escalating questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the teamÂ

 Relevance (labeling)Â
Â
This workflow generates human judgments. The relevance of the displayed product is assessed against the customer’s user context – Search Query or Detail Page. Agents measure and report the relevance metrics for each ad placement. The human judgments are used for baseline metrics and ML model training. This process adds value by making the Sponsored product appear on the Detail page that is appropriate/relevant to the customer’s interest.Â

Minimum Qualifications:Â
Â
- GraduateÂ
- Familiar with digital advertising or any other online business.Â
- Attention to detail.Â
- Be curious and be proactive attitude.Â
- Along with customer/advertiser focus.Â
- Comfortable with dealing with routine work quickly and at a high standard.Â
- Excellent communication skills and cooperative manner.Â
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Â
- Native/near native language level in Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish or Turkish
