Key Accountabilities:

• You will be in charge to tackle situations related with orders, invoices, credit accounts, subscriptions, cancellations
• Handling of office works as issuing, processing, following up, checking, transferring, reporting for different financial actions
• Responsible for checking the accurate amount of the payments and the amounts entered in the accounts.

Desired Profile:

• Good knowledge of German or French language is required
• Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
• Ability to work optimally on a solo basis and also within a team environment
• To be able to communicate in a clear manner both written and spoken
• Customer service and attention to details skills
• Teammate abilities
• Nice to have but not mandatory: Knowledge/ experience within the Financial sector.
