We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Open Order Responsible with German to join us. You will take responsibility for supporting our customers, and we are offering this role on a Full Time permanent basis

We want to take care of you and help you to support our customers. If you have advanced German and your top 3 skills are:

• Processing work requests
• Identifying capacity within your team
• Prioritizing work orders

You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 , this can be flexible. You will be on a hybrid working arrangement, working flexibly between the home and office.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Make sure all customer orders are in a constant flow
• Identify the issue / root cause for the issue
• Check orders on different criteria
• Make changes on orders in SAP
• Communicate with logistic and procurement department to solve any not flowing orders
• Communicate with local countries for various topics which need to be communicated to customers
• Enter information in SAP for various orders
• Review /Analysis of Open Order Report
• Communication of relevant lines to responsible teams
• Review and analysis of Customer Service lines

What you’ll need to be successful at Avantor:

• Bachelor Degree and 3+ years in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Language skills (refer CEFR): German C1, English B2
• Good excel skills
• Interested in data/data crunching
• Highly customer focused as well as proactive and team focused
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with internal and external stakeholders and various client types (e.g. technical, end user, and economic buyers)
• Eager to learn and consistently improve their knowledge
• Open to other's ideas
• Customer focused and motivated to deliver value in every interaction.
