Responsibilities
Â
•  Client Services (non-Voice):
•  Responding to Client Service tickets submitted through the SMB self-serve platform
•  Escalating Client Service tickets to Tier 2 support
•  Unmanaged Sales:
•  Outreach/acquisition programs:
•  Lead conversion: convert high potential prospects to new business
•  Onboarding/education programs: to help nurture new advertisers to start spending on the platform
•  Retention and resurrection programs:
• Retention: Programs focused on encouraging advertisers to continue spending month over and retaining or improving their spend
• Resurrection: Reaching out to advertisers that spent with TikTok in the past but are not actively spending now"                                                                                                                                                Â
•  Account Management:
• Develops relationships with advertisers with a focus on maintaining or increasing advertiser’s willingness to spend in potential use cases                                                                                                                                                         Â
Â
Minimum qualifications
Â
•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience in customer or client services; Â
•  Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish, Polish or French
•  Good communication skills with strong customer focus;Â
•  Comfortable working in a changeable environment;Â
•  Familiarity with digital advertising, HTML or Java script is a plus
