You will manage and collaborate with various stakeholders and run operations smoothly, develop a winning strategy, day to day managing of the service delivery function and the implementation of innovative solutions to continually improve the operations and service delivery

Your role will function as an overlay of technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined solution management skills. 

Responsibilities

Production

•    Creating and amending of Operational contracts and Buying templates in SAP SRM system

•    Issuing RFQ’s to suppliers, improve the response time.

•    Identify Process Defects and improve TAT and enhance SLA’s

•    Act as key point of contact in liaising with external and internal stake holders 

•    Generate Lean / process improvement ideas

•    Complaints or issue handling 

•    MIS or Reporting in Excel / reporting tool

•    Assessment

Minimum qualifications

•    University Graduate

Essential Skills / Competencies

•  Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian, French, German, Swedish, Dutch or Hungarian 

•    Reasonable presentation skills

•    Should be able to handle governance meetings with stakeholders independently 

•    Knowledge and experience in analysis & reporting (good to have exposure to macros and PPT)

•    Working knowledge on SAP / SAP-SRM / MS Office (Excel and Word) / any workflow tool

•    Good to have knowledge on other ERPs like ARIBA, ZYCUS
