Responsibilities
- Very strong analytical skills to read data and to convert that into actionable plans to support the regional Field Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with other internal teams to support territory Marketing plans
- Actively propose, drive and execute events relevant for the markets
- Actively collaborate with the Sales and Channel Managers to execute activities to drive business
- Together with the Field Marketing Managers for specific territories, proposing quarterly marketing plans, align with the sales and channel teams and execute on plans
- Cover general administrative responsibilities, including budgeting, contracts, lead upload, JIRA projects
- Manage invoices, reporting and program tracking
- Track data and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Work on logistics for programs within the field, supporting all aspect of trade shows including logistics, banners, staffing coordination, and post-show support.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skillsÂ
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications/ Journalism
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high paced environment
- Must be an enthusiastic self-starter
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Must have exceptional communication and writing skills
- Background in virtualization and/or storage alliance marketing programs preferred
- Work from home or in the office
- Excellent knowledge of the software and enterprise industry in EMEA
- Being agile and goal-oriented
- Capable of dealing with different teams and cultural variances
- Ideally with Salesforce.com experience, Tableau, and all Microsoft applications
- English fluency and Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
- Able to travel to work with the regional teams
