Spanish Team Leader Spain Implementation

 

Job Summary:

 

Coordination activities of development systems specific to major Spain applications, including staff coordination and monitoring of project requirements (information / data required, programming, analysis).

Project managers develop, plan, analyze, estimate and set priorities for the components to be implemented, as well as the phases and deadlines for project execution.

Coordinate the main information system development activities, coordinate resources and control project milestones (information/data/programming/analysis). Develop, plan, analyze, estimate and set up the priorities of the configuration activities, phases and agreed project deadlines.

The Team Leader Spain Implementation is in charge of ensuring that the payroll implementation and migrations processes are applied with consistent methodologies and comply with the SLA between Spain and Romania.

He/she will ensure that all activities are performed in a manner that meets ADP and/or client expectations and ADP Service standards.

He / She has a direct relation with the Implementation & Service Snr Manager and is accountable for 4 areas:

  • Client experience, quality ( measured by NPS)
  • People management
  • Process management
  • Business and productivity management

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • To ensure delivery of excellent service through:
  • Leading and managing Associates with regards to training, coaching, compensation, motivation, development and resourcing
  • Maintain awareness and support of ADP policies and procedures
  • Achieving internal client satisfaction
  • Cooperate with the Resource Planning for the allocation and identification of the resources on the different projects.
  • Measure the effectiveness of people on different projects with particular attention to the respect of timing and process standards
  • Resources Management
  • Competence center in its own area
  • Focuses on process improvement and promotes a BPI culture within the team






 

KEY DUTIES/TASKS:

 

  • Day to day management of the team through development of direct reports including management of recruitment and induction process, absence, appraisals, performance management, and training.
  • Review and analysis Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and create management action plans, as appropriate
  • Support team in process improvements.
  • Carry out 1:1s, appraisals and performance reviews in line with ADP policy; create, support and monitor personal development plans for team members
  • Detailed forecasting, capacity planning and resource management to ensure correct resourcing of operations
  • Ensuring Associate skill and capability base meets work demand
  • Ensuring one best way of working, process adherence and maintenance of ISO and ISAE accreditation
  • Delivering process improvement to drive operations effectiveness and efficiency
  • Leading and working with other departments on cross-functional improvement projects

 

Market leadership — client focused

 

  • Checks quality of the delivery to the client and always focuses on the client experience
  • Works effectively across ADP Spain to resolve client issues
  • Manages clients’ escalations together with the Payroll Project Managers.

 

People leadership

 

  • Ensures that all team members have the appropriate training planned as defined in the job description
  • Reviews and improves training plans in coordination with the Implementation Team Manager
  • Maintains up to date knowledge and expertise of statutory legislation and ADP systems
  • Participates in the recruitment process for new hires
  • Identifies talent, works with HR to ensure that the appropriate development plans are created
  • Audits work of other team members and assess performance
  • Works with the Implementation Team Manager to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Recognizes and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
  • Maintains a healthy team dynamics

 

Reports & Performance Metrics:

 

  • NPS score
  • Outcome from internal and external audits.
  • Number of customers implemented

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • Payroll Knowledge: administrative processes linked to payroll calculation — knowing of ISU System — knowing One Service platform (Payroll compliance) of legislation
  • Operations management: capacity planning, resource management, visual performance and workflow management, skills management, performance measurement and management, quality management and continuous improvement, work organization
  • Change management
  • Process and quality improvement
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Proven track record of effective operations management
  • Experience of working with and consistently delivering to internal SLA
  • Internal relationship management
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement
  • Operations management: capacity planning, resource management, skills management, performance measurement and management, quality management and continuous improvement
  • Chairing and managing internal meetings
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
  • Languages : English and Spanish at minimum B2 level
