Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming and outgoing communication.

Requirements:

• very good knowledge of Italian or French (B2+ level or higher)
• communicative level of English language (B1)
• general IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office)
• proactive and positive approach
• ability to multitask
