Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience through effective delivery and execution of HR services and processes. Partner with Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, On-boarding) to meet customer needs and implement process improvements. Collaborate on special projects such as T&A transformation and standardization, RPA, digitalization of Employee files;
  • Coordinated end to end transition of HR Admin; Support implementation of new tools and applications in the region;
  • Manage processes and policies relating to day-to-day human resource global operations. Proactively seek opportunities to refine, expand, and improve the service provided by the team. Lead with a continuous improvement mindset to contribute to the advancement and success of the Employee Services team. Act as the subject matter expert and resolve any escalated issues for the Global Operations team;
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Generalists and HR Managers to communicate and/or present new processes or gather and incorporate feedback. Utilize various human resource information systems: SalesForce, Revisal, PeopleSoft,
  • Time and Attendance systems, legislative tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent in HR related discipline;
  • Fluent in English and French, Spanish or Turkish.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a multinational environment - HR experience would be preferred;
  • Experience working for multinational companies.
