Technical Support Specialist is primarily responsible for technical and sales support of customers and partners within Southeastern Europe. Providing support for security low voltage technologies primarily Fire Alarm Systems and Public Notification.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for answering of technical questions coming from customers via phone and emails, support of customer’s network
  • Preparation of localized technical specifications and product documents
  • Cooperation with technical assistance center during support of customers providing 2nd level support
  • Training of customers, partners and sales team members
  • Management and preparation of electronic resources and documents
  • Perform basic tech. support for team members
  • Provide designer support to selected designers and partners
  • He is also responsible for support of sales and technical teams of partner channel. He should prepare technical specifications, comparison and solutions for projects specified within tech. support department. This person will test, introduce and train all newly released products (both SW, HW), arrange technical training for partners and sales team and regularly inform customers and partners within Southeastern Europe.

 Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or similar/equivalent in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge in building automation and construction
  • Programming skills
  • PC and software user level
  • Fluent English speaking and Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian or Bulgarian
  • Experience from security business
  • Proactive mindset and able to work efficiently within virtual and distributed teams
  • Representative behavior including experience with oral presentations
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to travel within the Southeastern Europe including occasional trips abroad
  • Driver‘s license
