DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management and delivery of trainings to small and large groups. Responsible for sales, technical, product or other client training need for small and /or large groups.
• Will deliver face to face and/or virtual classroom training by creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all training participants receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching and feedback to achieve the learning objectives while delivering group within expected timeframe.
• Operates audio visual equipment during training programs and complies with housekeeping policy after training sessions.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly administrative records to provide updates related to training such as attendance, assessment performance and score cards, as well as communicate this information through email and/or phone.
• Develops fun, interactive training activities to improve new material learning and retention while keeping up to date with product/ policy updates.
• Support Operation Manager with the Supervisors Performance and Goal reaching.
• Goal Oriented – Consistency on KPI reaching.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• English & German Fluent, both
• High School Diploma- (with BAC)
• Office | Excel
• Able to build strong relations with the client
• Leadership skills
• Critical thinking
• Problem-Solving and decision making
• Presentation/coaching skills.

• Minimum of 1 year in current position / operational experience
• Training/Mentoring experience
• Contact center experience
• Teaching languages or school experience
• Supervising position
• Learning and Development experience
